Thanks u everyone for the chat and letting me let out my frustrations

Not being able to remember is really frustrating but I'm really lucky I have a supportive bpartner, family and friends

I hate the idea of sitting at home all day and I can't work but I believe I can soon get assistance to help me do things while my boyfriend's working so I'm not bored

My parents and boyfriends mum come visit when they can

Then my boyfriend and I also go for walks or drives when he's not workng 😊

My memory is still really bad, mainly my long term memory.

My boyfriend got a yearly planner and week planner. Both are whiteboard ones which means I can put my appts and things I need to remember then rub them off easily

I saw my Dr today, mainly for scripts but I am due to speak to the neurologist at the end of the month

Quick update
I've just started having carers come see me during the week while my boyfriend is at work. They'll spend a couple of hours with me whether it be taking me out or staying at home.

My partner asked that we have someone who enjoys walking as I love to get out and walk alot. I don't walk on my own like I used to due to my memory 😔

I'm in the process of doing a fun but hard jigsaw puzzle (the pieces are all off odd shapes eg could be dog, bone, just a funny shape, house etc) so I had my carer today help me with that lol

We also have a cleaner come in once a week to help with cleaning
