My son Kaden (4yrs) had his sleep study done this past Saturday. Gosh, what an exhausting night! Took an hour to hook him up. The person assigned to monitor him had to come in 4 times to make adjustments. felt kinda weird to know we were being taped...plus, I had to try and sleep in a recliner...Lets just say I got maybe one hour of sleep..lol. My son was having hallucinations 10 minutes prior to falling asleep. Really hoping this shows up in their data. He woke many times during the night..Was not sure if wire/electrode related, or the usual issues he has. Tech did tell me that he had plenty of dreams..etc...Could not give anymore info than that. He said, 'we do all the work and the doctors get all the glory'...ha. Consult to discuss results with sleep doctor is next week.

Q - Anyone have to have more than one sleep study done? I was told that they would put as many electrodes on him as he could tolerate..Hoping they had enough on...Suppose I will know soon enough.

I hope you've been able to get caught up on your sleep!
