It started last night with sleet coming down and before it came down the roads were salted and kids were kept home from school.Schools and government are all closed.Every channel the weather is on.

I get to put up with my dh all day there was know way he could of made it out without wrecking .

The sleet is still coming down.

Yeah, ... I saw it on the news last night. The south and northeast is getting blasted with another snowstorm. Here in the Denver we are going to be up in the 50's and 60s this week. But up in the Rocky Mountains, we're having so much snow that avalanches have already killed two people.

Hope everything is cool Belinda. The snow is finally melting here and I was able to catch up on my chores.
Be careful because it sounds like it is getting real nasty across the east.

We were supposed to get hit with that same storm yesterday, luckily my area was able to dodge it. Stay in, and stay warm. Best of all, stay safe.

Our piece of the storm will be arriving early Thursday morning. But New England is where it's supposed to be snowy and cold.

The ice is melting and so is the snow, and it's suppose to get in the 50's today.

people are able to get to work, and kids are able to get to school.I hate the ice and the snow.

Snow had been melting well here yesterday but we woke up to it coming down steadily this morning and it has been all day, several inches. Nothing new for Illinois in the winter but we have been blessed the last few years (with the exception of last). Tomarrow is suppose to be in the 40's though, so maybe a little will melt! :)
