So... How did you pick that screen name?

Me and Loopy Lou were chatting on facebook and got on the subject of screen names. We were trying to guess how people picked their screen names. Particularly those with numbers in them. So I decided to ask.

If you don't wanna share that's cool. I got mine from my name as well as my birthday. July 18, 1989. Hence 1889.

Well my 1st name is Cathy, my middle name is Ann, and 31 was my age when I made my msn/hotmail account. Hahahhaha, Ive had the acct almost 10 yrs. Time sure flies!! :roflmao:

I get confused easily & I always joke that I am the queen of confusion.
So CQ is Confusion Queen & :) because I like to smile alot plus i needed more then 2 charcters for my screen name lmao.

My brother called me Zoo all of the time because of all of the animals I had (he use to be my roommate). WHen I started using the computer and needed a nick Zoogirl was taken so the first thing that popped in my mind was Zoofemme and it has been that ever since (my french is very rudimentary and I realize the translation isn't the greatest).

screen name

I choose my screen name because thats my nickname to my best friend. She says I am a true fruitcake and I'm small. I'm not offended and love to here her say "Where's that little fruitcake"? Everyone knows who she is talking about. I love her.

My screen name has multiple meanings for me, but here's a clue to one of them: Sound out my name phonetically and think of bowling pins...

One of my favorite songs is titled 'King Nothing'. I am always king of nothing so I put it together to amuse myself. Nothing like a silent K to turn King Nothing into (K)nothing if you know what I mean now.

Oh yeah i forgot about the suggestion for this thread lol.

My name is Amanda-Louise but i've always been known as Louise. Also, i'm a bit loopy.

So there ya go :P At least it's better than the other nicknames my family have given me over the years. Slimer (from ghostbusters) from when i was little and Lurch (Addams Family) up to the age of 13ish cos i was always really tall for my age.

Charming family :P

Edit - plus it's easier for people to pronounce than Labhaoise, which is my normal generic internets name :P

My first name is Cindy, last name begins with the letter T=Cint. (Very original, huh?)

I see some of you do have interesting and creative screen names. Maybe I'll rename myself. :)

No don't rename! I'm so used to you being Cint *which I will now pronounce properly*Its so cool!

My story isn't very exciting. Chris was already taken so I just added some numbers after my name..

Over the years I have been called several names at work, one that stuck was Cheeky Monkey, eventually, due to my extreme hobbies the Cheeky was swapped for Crazy!!!

I'm a man, and was....erm.....thinking of other things at the time, when all of a sudden....TWO things came into my mind :roflmao:

lol TeeTees... I was wondering about that...

I know I've posted this before. I get a little... hmmm... caught up when I'm on the computer, so my partner started calling me Obsessive Compulsive Computer Brain, which I just abbreviated.

I love hummingbirds but of course, that was long gone unless I wanted a number, BLAH!

So I decided on Bird + bomb with the bomb as a dual meaning. A bastardized spelling of my last name and what my husband used to build in the US Air Force.

Later I found out that a birdbomb in the UK has an entirely different meaning!
