Well the weirdest thing happened today.
A girlfriend of mine, a personal trainer, just started doing full body massage. I had an appointment to see her this afternoon. I woke up today, felt great and was looking forward to seeing her. I get to her office, disrobe, lay there and she's amazing. It was wonderful! I was so relaxed. I didn't want it to end, but like all good things, it had to..lol...
As I slowly began to get up I realized I wasn't feeling well. I mean, I really wasn't feeling well at all. Very very carefully I made my way to the chair where my clothes were, it was only maybe 2 feet away. I sat down and slowly was able to get dressed. I continued to sit, just barely. I was so so so dizzy and light headed. Luckily my friend took her time coming back into the room. I paid, carefully walked out to my car, started it up, got my AC going (it's 100+ outside here) and sat for a while, waiting to feel a little better. Then I drove the 10 minutes home.
The rest of the day I've felt much the same. Fuzzy headed, off balance, dizzy, my temples a little numb, slightly headachy...kind of like I've been wearing glasses that were way too tight.
Could I have had a seizure on the massage table? I've had hundreds of professional massages and haven't experienced anything like this.
Now I've woken up in the morning (or from a nap) feeling awful like this before, and it's lasted all day, then I'll be fine the next morning...I just chalk those days up to me being "off balance". But I just find it strange how it happened today.
Now I'm wondering what these episodes might be.
Med related...e related...it's quite concerning.
Opinions?
Thanks.
