Does anyone else sometimes have TC seizures that are far more intense than your "usual" TC? I'm not sure if intense is the right word? It's hard to describe.

Sometimes I get a different aura than my usual numb toes/fingers and fluttery stomach that precedes a TC far more "violent" than my usual seize. My movements are 10x more intense, I usually wet myself/or clench my teeth extra hard (last time I had one of these crazy TCs I cracked a filling and needed dental work) and I move far more "violently" than I usually do. These are seizures where I usually end up with broken toes or fingers or a gushing nosebleed

It's this crazy awful feeling of dread in my stomach- like I've forgotten something extremely important or am so nervous I'm about to pass out. I'm not paranoid, just like "Oh NO." The auras are far shorter than my usual 5-10 minutes (these are 2-3 max).

Oh yes, without a doubt,i found that when i was younger, they were far more violent,i was diagnosed at seventeen, although no broken bones, severe bruising and cracked teeth,Although occasionly even now i will get a tonic far more brutal than those before it.
Im not sure of the reason,my last seriously violent one was was maybe four years ago,the only noticeable change was a couple day long aura, which is not natural for me,so i put it down to that.I was using a nail gun at the time,so i got off lightly........just a trip to casualty with bad bruising thankfuly.

I don't get auras, but my tonic-clonics can vary in severity. The last one I had was the worst, but I think that may have been because I was a tad dehydrated and low blood sugar at the time (both side effects of the AED I was on at the time).
