keeping a seizure diary has been really difficult for me. when my ipod got run over by a car, a bought an ipod touch and i found a whole bunch of free apps. one of which was a seizure diary! its awesome and it helps alot
 
Good to know! Though I'm sorry about the premature death of your iPod.
 
Before all the fancy gadgets that are out there now I kept everything in just a simple small calander book.

I have an i pod too, but it's really old. When I got my new computer they told me that I couldn't put the software on it because the software was old and not compadable with the new computer. I may have to go shopping for a new one, which may not be to bad, I like to get new things. :woot:
