Hi Folks!

It is Sunday morning here in the UK, it's going to be a bright and sunny day in a while, I am just out of the shower, nothing in particular on my mind, apart from a heap of studying I have to do before tomorrow for my voluntary work with The Citizens Advice Bureau. I was sitting putting my "face on" when I had the most intense real aura, for no reason at all, I had the taste, the smell, the whole terror thing, the worst I have had in a long long time!! :ponder:Wow, scary stuff!! I don't need to tell you guys how frightening they can be sometimes eh?!

I just feel sometimes that I have someone to talk to when I drop in and write a thread, as Mark is at work today, it's good to know you are ll there! I hope everyone is well, and trying to forget about the spectre of Xmas looming over us!! It is just not going to happen this year, Mark will be firefighting, and I'll be on my own, so I'll probably just watch tv, and drink a good Shiraz, and eat dry roasted peanuts!!

I decided to join the CAB so that I can learn to help other people that are not only going through discrimination, but a multitude of problems, they have helped me out several times over the years, so it will very satisfying to give something back, and could lead to a job, also, the experience will be invaluable in not only in future employment, but in life.

Thanks for being there, and love to you all, keep those heads up high, and most of all, keep smiling!! :agree:

Hi Elaine --

I'm sorry about the aura -- epilepsy holds a special variety of terror doesn't it? As for Xmas -- that's too bad about being on your own, but can you and your guy pick another day to celebrate as Xmas instead? As far as I'm concerned, putting lights up, eating good food, and opening presents is perfect for any day of the year!

We're having a sunny day here too. Lovely fall weather, if a bit chilly. I hope you can get out for a walk. My natural tendency is to sit on the sofa lazing around in a pool of sunlight (perhaps I'm part cat), but when I finally get my rump in gear to go outside I feel so much better.

That's great that you're working with the CAB. I like to think that people with E have a real knack for sharing and helping -- certainly this site seems to be proof of that.

Peace,
Nakamova

Great to hear about you working for CAB and the best part is you're going to make a difference. Not that you don't already but now you can make more of a difference for others and yourself.
