I’ve been holding off posting about 3/11 being my surgery date last year. I didn’t want to jinx myself.
I had an extremely mild event last night and woke up after wetting the bed.
The year before the surgery I had over 30 seizures and multiple trips to the ER. Last year I had 4 nocturnal seizures that I barely recognized.
I definitely consider the surgery a success despite these events.
I’ve had multiple people comment that I look better. “Color in your face”. I’m not sure if that’s a regional expression. 😉. My sister in-law grabbed my gray sweatshirt. Implying that was my previous color.
Keep On Trucking everyone!!!

Hi Heay Kevy,

Congratulations! I know how you feel, after my surgery my seizures reduced from 300 a yr. to at the most 120 sz. but most
of them were just aura or very short absence sz. The surgery changed my life for the better also. I wish you the best
of luck and May God Bless You!

Sue
