Hello guys. I've been on this site for a few years, mainly trolling, listening and learning from everyone. I just wanted to say thank you for all of the information shared here as it has been a big help with my understanding of epilepsy. Right now I am in the hospital for a veeg scan as I've had complex partial seizures for over a decade with little success with medication. So I may be asking questions in some the groups in regards to my stay. If you have any feedback, let me know. Again, thanks.

Hello, beano :)

I've never had a video eeg so I don't have any advice for you; I just wanted to welcome you aboard. :)

Hi Beano,

Welcome to CWE. CWE was made by Bernard our of love for his wife Stacy. That love permeates through out all of the forums.

Keep us updated!!

Before I joined this site I really didn't know much about epilepsy. There were things that I'd want to ask my dr but I wasn't sure how to describe them to him. There were also things that would be going on that I didn't even know were epilepsy/medicine related until people brought it up on here. You'll get suggestions on how to deal with things that are medically and epilepsy related.

It's very nice to be able to bring something up on this site, or read about it when someone else has brought it up, and know that it happens to them too and what the possibility of why it could be happening. It's really great that you can describe it in about 3 words and they will know exactly what you are talking about.
