So how's everybody's Christmas been ?
Seizure-wise, mine has been pretty darn good. I had a 'uh-oh' moment in bed on Christmas Eve when I couldn't get off to sleep, and had that thought that I might be on the verge of having a sz, but luckily nothing came off it. I did have a drink (only one can) that night, and I think with the tiredness too, it wasn't a very wise thing for me to do.....the sugar in the drink kinda backfires on me as I'm trying to get asleep, but my eyes are wide open....you think I'd have learnt by now !
Apart from that, I think I've done really well. I usually DO get the Christmas Eve hiccup, which then spoils my Christmas Day by making me real tired, but I swear it's all in my mind.
Oh, and the fact that I went to the gym Today to try and get rid off the Christmas Pud, and came out with a bruised middle finger on my left-hand. Oh, how I enjoy showing people that bruise
. It happened when I moved the dumbells along the rack, my hand slightly slipped on the shiny rubber surface of the dumbell, and got caught between that one and another - they were both over 30kg's too !
All sympathy welcome :brock:
