its gotten to the point where i hate to sleep.i have not been diagnosed just trying to fly under the radar lol.my hubby doesnt even want to sleep in the same bed with me..it makes him grouchy cuz hes tierd.Worst of all i can sleep along time but i twitch all night so said and im never rested? anyone get this? y is it mainly always at night? anyone wake up horribly exhausted???

The kind of sleep you're getting is probably not the deep sleep that the brain and body need to be properly refreshed. It sounds like a sleep study might be useful -- do you have an appointment to see a neurologist?

In the meantime, you might want to try taking a magnesium supplement after dinner or before you go to bed. It can help with sleep, and with reducing muscle tension of all kinds -- twitches, spasms, cramps, jerks, etc...

I hope you (and your hubby) are able to get some relief soon.

thanx nakamova.no i dont have an appointment.i didnt go into detail but my last dr visit i asked her about is twitching normal or is it just me? i said in the night and watching tv is the worst she said...

big twitches or little i said depends on the one..she said deffinetly just u..i felt hurt and blown off.u need a refferal to see a neuro right?
