I'm really settling into Topamax now (got over the eye worries - thank you everyone!) and the weight I gained on Keppra has really dropped but now it's steadying out so overall really happy
We figure it was the Keppra giving me the Tonic Clonic seizures seeing as it was about a month after I started on that I started having them and since I've been off it (I think 5 months now) I haven't had one. I've had a few myoclonic jerks but they've gone since we've leveled out a nice dose
However I used to suffer really terrible from acne all over my shoulders and back and it had really started to clear up and I was so looking forward to FINALLY wearing vests and short sleeved things after years - but after about 2 months of the Topamax treatment I noticed all of the areas that were more prominent towards the end of my acne started flaring up (such as more around my front and my lower shoulders) which makes me think it's started up all over again
Has anyone else suffered issues with acne and Topamax?
