Hi , I started tri. a while ago and i am going to have to raise it so I don't get my seizures . I feel like my eyes are rolling back & forth , very unbalenced. dizzy . does this happen to anyone else

That sounds like what happens when you're on too HIGH a dose. I got similar symptoms of nystagmus (eyes going backing and forth) and balance problems when I was on too much Dilantin.

My 16 year old just started Trileptal last week, at 300 mgs/day for now. I'll be following this thread. No side effects yet, and she increases to 600/day this Thursday. End goal is 1200/day.

I am on trileptal, 300mg twice a day.

When starting out/ramping up, I would get dizzy easily, any quick movements would be an issue. I also had motion sickness when riding in a car that I have never experienced until I was on it. It eventually went completely away after about 2 months.

I also had my vision bouncing a few times side to side for short spurts only a handful of times.

Other than that, nothing. Hang in there.
