I have been feeling horrible the last several days. My son had a stomach virus over the weekend, and I think I may have had a touch of it. But I wasn't getting to feeling better--in fact, each day I was feeling worse and worse. Plus, the nausea/tummy rumbles had a very familiar sensation. It's not like normal nausea, it's slightly different, and gives an overall feeling of just blah, queasy, food aversion, trouble choking down food, etc. So anyway, I followed my instincts and took an extra sodium tablet today. And voila! I felt much better!

I am really ticked at my new neuro, though. He was very dismissive about my sodium issue and said it was probably stable and nothing to worry about. Well, it seems clear now that he was wrong and it is still an issue. So this just confirms in my mind that going back to the old neurologist is the right choice.

Can't wait to get off Trileptal and back to feeling human again!

I'm glad your feeling better. You have to listen to you body it will tell you what it wants. I don't always listen! Lol!
