hey guys, have something to run past you, i hope this is just me being silly.... most likely, but something new started today well this is the only time i remember it, so im talkng to my baby (18months) and my brain starts trying to make me see a place i havent been to in 25 years!!! like i didnt black out or anything it was happening as i was talking to my baby, almost like the start of an aura but it didnt take hold... have any of you had this?? and now i have like a feeling in my throat and headache and feel a little shakey..... thought this was a little odd
 
Sounds like an "aura", the odd feeling of seeing or hearing things right before going into a seizure that some of us with TLE experience.
 
it was just weird because even tho i could see this place, i was looking directly at my baby and talking to him at the same time, and i didnt get my usual nausia, numbnes, tingling, dizzy or falling feeling it, or the smell, and usually my auras take complete controll of me and my vision so this one was odd if it was an aura

If your "auras" take complete control of you, those sound more to me like SP seizures, kind of a deju vu thing. Auras are SP seizures.

thank you for the link .... kinda turned my stomach reading it as it explaines everything i experience perfectly, im trying to get togther the correct terms for all of my seizure types, i think i have most of the ones listed on that link is that bad,and absence seizures too, and my head kinda floats off to the left, almst like im 'looking' for the right word or response ....and i think during the 'auras' simples my mouth gapes Hahahaha!
 
ive been kinda quiet, trying to convince myself its 'just' the hypo thyroid thing messing me up, but nowhere have i seen symptoms like mine with the thyroid... similaritys yes for sure partly questionable, but ughhhhhhh i just want to know :(
