Yummmmmmmmm~!

I see they have baked bananna. I LOVE baked bananna. I mix a little cornstarch with coconut milk, slice banannas, and put it all in a baking dish. (There should be enough cocomilk to cover the banannas.) Then I bake it. No added sugar! No dairy! Yummy!
 
Never had baked banana but I"m going to have to try it.

I used to live a few blocks from this little family restaurant that served deep fried banana on Ice cream. Now that was good! :banana:
