I've had lower back problems for a long time and has been getting worse over the last few years. It used to be just a on and off again thing but now it is constant and it varys in how bad the pain is. Usually it's just a dull pain in my lower back and when I might move the wrong way it might cramp up or pain will shoot down my leg. Sometimes it's been so bad that I've had to go to the er because I just can't move. I think if you can name the type of dr I've gone to them and tried all types of different meds but it hasn't helped. They all told me they can't find anything wrong with my back.

Two days ago I had a VERY bad seizure, it lasted all night. It's the worst one that I've had in a long time.

Yesterday I noticed when I was moving around that my back wasn't hurting at all. I started bending and twisting around but still no pain. Over the summer my calf started going numb, sort of like it is asleep, this was a constant thing too. The numbness is still there but it isn't as bad as it was.

Could the seizure have had something to do with the pain stopping and the numbness dulling?

Seizure-inflicted chiropractic work!!! Good news is that it was free!!!

Glad to hear your back is feeling better. Sorry you had to to go through such a rough night, though.

That's great! As Hootie suggests, maybe something got "unstuck" during the seizure. Be careful not to do overdo with the new pain-free flexibility though. :)
