it's a menthol type of rub-on that comes in what looks like a massive Chapstick tube

I have had a pulled groin for about three days now - from posture, repetitive leg motion - its a recurring thing at this point now

I was wary about putting it an inch from my groin

it definitely helps!
 
Wish I had some for my neck right now. I'm very close to going to Sprouts for a chair massage..
