Sincere Greetings All;

Not feeling the best today which is an awful way to start an introductry greeting. For that I apologize. I'm afraid the recent increase in my Dilantin an Thyroid medication has my cognitive reservations turning for a loop in having vast difficulty during times of the day to concentrate fully, besides having episodes of being extremely lethargic. It really is unnerving to so the least. Funny how one feels emotional suddenly for nor real appearant reason.
Sure we all allhave moments in life we'd like to forget. Going to see family doctor tomorrow. Wish my head would get clearer. I hate the effects of theses meds. Will speak more about myself in other threads.
Sincere Kind Regards To All
Chris

Welcome Chris!

I remember my Dilantin days. I think all of these seizure meds slow us down to some extent. Some meds effect some people more than others we just need to find the right one for us.

Hi Chris, welcome to CWE!

Was the recent increase in meds due to seizure activity? If so, maybe you could ask your doctors about tweaking the doses to try and mitigate the side effects. There are other meds to consider as well if the Dilantin is problematic. Anyway, if you're feeling foggy, it might be a good idea to write down any questions you have for your doc.

Best,
Nakamova
