Usually after my surgical crap, I'm so medicated all I feel is either pain or nothing.

Ahhhh....

LOL TT ...

I felt like I was in LA LA LAND!

:woot:

But some meds caused me to experience
hallucinations. For example, I swore I saw
spiders on the ceiling walking with guns
(we had popcorn ceilings back then in that
apartment). And another day (when I
could hear) I swore I could hear people
talking. And my ex had to phone the Doctor
and he said break the tablets in half, it's
a little "tad bit" too much for her. That
was before I began to develop allergic
reactions and side effects to Codeine,
because on the third day, my throat would
be tighten up and I was aspirating and I
was developing hives and red rashes. And
ended up back in ER. No more Codeine for
me! So he wrote me up for Darvocet since
the "worse" part was over with.

WORSE PART MY FOOT!

After the Codeine was starting to get
out of my body - MY GOSH! MY HEAD!
THAT HIDEOUS HEADACHE! I phoned that
Surgeon .... and he goes in a melancholy
monotone manner - "Oh that's just a side
effect, it'll go away."

How could he say that in such a smooth
voice like there was "nothing to it"
:?: :?: :?:

But that was when I had the Rotor Cuff
Surgery done on my left shoulder, but I
adore this Surgeon. He's so mellow, doesn't
panic, has it all under control, doesn't freak,
or nothing ...
