My go-to favs include anything by Pink Floyd, and most stuff by Cat Stevens...right now my absolute fav is Shine On You Crazy Diamond, parts 1-9. It absolutely releases my soul and all my pent-up anxiety!
And Cat Stevens, well once you watch Harold and Maude, you can't help but love the soundtrack, all of which is written and sung by the artist formerly known as Cat Stevens;)
