It's pretty descent. Have you ever considered something called liposomal vitamin c? It is a little known fact that the majority of mammals can produce their own vitamin c, however primates and a few other select mammals seem to be the exception. Linus Pauling made some bold claims about vitamin C way back in the sixties and alot of people hold him accountable for the vitamin market boom. My first time, ever searching this, and presto, there is some merit to the idea -> http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23718930 Needless to say, I scored myself an electronic vibrating dish from china, just so I could make the stuff at home.

The only thing I can think of is that adding alot of lecithin to your diet will in fact increase your choline levels, which in turn if you are suffering from metabolic fast forward so to speak it may have interesting effects to correct that if you're wrought with anxiety, but if your slumped over depressed all the time, it could have less than desirable effects. There is a paper that high doses choline to patients, and their seizures increased in frequency, but reduced in severity and they considered themselves, much improved, and so did their family. So there is dual action with liposomal happening. The high vitamin c content, which is the vitamin we need in the most abundant supply daily, since our bodies lost that ability to synthesize it's own, but there is also the choline. http://www.neurology.org/content/30/12/1334 I supplement with a complete vitamin powder alongside it to ensure I keep vitamin levels in check should there be acceleration of any processes that need the rare vitamin support. Baby Formula is cheap.
