Bigman,

I don't know how Axl is going to pull it off. You probably realize the two bands are
touring together. So he's going to sing in both bands at the same concert. That's crazy. One or both of the shows may have to be shortened.

Just Got Paid - Joe Bonamassa

He can barely belt out GNR songs. He's gonna butcher the AC/DC songs. :(

What? Axl is now the singer for AC/DC??? AC/dc was here a month qgo and my hubby worked the concert. He said they sounded fantastic. What happened?

I'm listening to queensryche tonight. Operation Mindcrime.

As you probably notice, I live in Atlanta so I've been hearing all about it on the radio stations.

Shot in the Dark - Ozzy Osbourne

All the great (good) bands are retiring, disbanding, shuffling members, or dying off. :(

IE: KISS, Mötley Crüe, Van Halen, Bon Jovi, AC/DC, Journey, The Monkees, Motorhead, etc.

Oh, the Humanity! What will happen to the music we love?

I guess it will be buried with us and in 2 generation kids will laugh about the sucky old school music we used to listen to.

But for now thank god for "33's", no wait I mean 8 tracks, no wait I mean cassettes, no wait I mean CD's, no wait I mean digital downloads, no wait I mean.....

All Dead, All Dead - Queen

Great music will live on. Led Zeppelin broke up 36 years ago, but is still played on the radio stations every day. Great classics will never die. Parents bring their kids and their grand kids to Iron Maiden concerts. A new generation is experiencing great music. I saw Iron Maiden about two or three years ago. They're still great.

Stone Cold - Rainbow

90% of radio stations bombard us with manufactured crap they call music. There are a few exceptions here and there. I'm all for Classical to '90's music. Anything after is a hit or miss. lol

I just listen to the classic rock and heavy metal stations. A perfect song for our discussion.
