100 years ago, people were eating things that most of us will never taste. So what happened?

This is about where our nutrition went.
Good article, Ruth. A quote from it:

"In the last century, nearly 75% of our agricultural crops have disappeared. Today, farmers primarily grow 12 crops. And of these, we mainly eat potatoes, rice, corn, and wheat."

Anytime the diversity of what we eat goes down, the likelihood that we will be getting our complete nutritional needs met also goes down.

Back then they seeds to plant. There were a lot more different types of apples and other things. When they started "The Industrial Revolution", that is when they quit sharing seeds to plant.

They were common plant seeds. People would share seeds with other people. They had a great variety of foods because they were sharing.

Then the Industrial Revolution came and out went the seed sharing. So out went a lot of foods.

on the ABC News tonight they found a mother, Gray Wolves and her 3 pups. They were gray wolves. Gray Wolves have not been seen anywhere in the mountains of California since 1924.

They are beautiful.
