After waiting insurenceless for nearly a year, my Dr got me into a free help program. My first mobile EEg has been scheduled for Apr. 1st.:woot: Finally going to hopefully, get some answers to why I am having so many seizures.

Terrific! And on April Fool's Day no less...

That is WONDERFUL!

I'm very impressed that a free program has resources like a mobile EEG. I'm so happy you are getting the care you need!

I had an AEEG and it showed spike-n-waves and driving responce. We were able to confirm my complex partial seizures with this EEG even though I was diagnosed based off of witness accounts, history, history of my birth- very traumatic- as well as history of seizures from age 6 and seizure pattern and other info..

Anyway- I believe that if normal in-office EEGs don't work, ask for MRI/CT and Ambulatory EEG. Sometimes it shows things that nothing else does- since its long term- or 2-3 day long.

Take care and good luck

Good for you. I hope you find some useful information from your VEEG.
Good luck and let us know how it went.

Hey lady good to see you. :D

I am very happy for you and I hope it picks up something.
