Oh whoops I meant to post yum to the portabella mushroom back there not the mashed potatoes...mashed potatoes are disgusting not to mention processed...so I change my yum to a YUCK!

and real mashed potatoes can be great, with the skins still on them, and cheese and or bacon in them

Not for me they can't...I don't digest potatoes properly...or any starches for that matter...they give me an upset stomach and give me methane...starches aren't good for you anyway
