Firstly, I hope you all had a great Easter. I didn't have a bad one but am still trying to get my meds sorted out. Still getting breakthrough bits and pieces but did I have to do my first major 'zone out' in front of my sister in law. She was apparently talking to me and when I came round she was staring at me with a really weird look on her face. She probably thinks I am the most ignorant person she has ever come across. She doesn't know I have epilepsy yet but I am seeing her today, so I will have to fill her in. I seem to be developing more symptoms and I don't know whether it is because of the E. or the meds. I haven't had it very long so it could be that it is still developing. I hope it hurries up and decides which point it wants to stabilize because just as I start to accept one lot of symptoms it wants to hit me with something else.

Well you aren't ignorant! This entire process sucks for the lack of a better word. It's hard to say if your brain if phasing out because it just is, or the meds are taking you for a ride.

I know how you feel, the lack of consistency or understanding is overwhelming at times.

you will get there, there is no real process. but eventually you will feel something that feels like two or 3 feet on the ground

Hi Sandie! I'm with you on the evolving face of E...mine is too. Mine is turning 5 months and is still changing. Try and roll with it, girl. I got yer back! :) I'm sure your sister in law loves you regardless and I doubt if she thinks you are ignorant. She just doesn't know what is happening. When you met with her today, how did she take the news? I bet she gave you a huge hug!!

All good Brandi. Thanks everyone for your comments. Fortunately I have a family which takes a lighter view of things and we all tend to laugh things off. It is getting a little frustrating though. You just don't know what to expect next. Hope everything is well with you all.
