Lightbulb No Longer Need Chemicals?!

Has anyone here heard or been trying to heal epilepsy naturally? I have been on a few sites and researched that taking and having enough magnesium in your body is actually better than medication. 1/2 teaspoon epsom salt(magnesium) with 1 glass of orange juice in the morning. Also taking epsom salt baths or even soaking your feet in an epsom salt bath pumps your body full of magnesium. Just want to hear if anyone else has been reading about this or turning down this path instead of pumping your liver with drugs. Thanks for reading everyone!

Magnesium can certainly play a neuroprotective role, but for most folks a magnesium supplement alone won't control seizures. Epsom salts are actually a fairly inefficient way to get magnesium. You might want to check out this thread: http://www.coping-with-epilepsy.com/...gnesium-12732/
