Like he said guess how old I am - I am so out of touch with all the new medical jargon.

"eye twitching"

do u take any form of magnesuim Petro?

I have been paying attention to my magnesium intake and trying to up my intake.
Do you think I may be taking too much?
Or were you wondering if I've been taking enough?

petero

I think you might want to try B12 as well, the eye twitching I had and it has moved to my face and left arm. I know a young girl who has the eye twitching as well, I am under the impression it is a side effect of some sort, even though all the doctors and my neurologist say different. I thought it was just me for a while.

"wondering if I've been taking enough"

Yes..

shortage will cause eye twitch.......

how much and what are you taking?

you could consider a test, $50 and you will know but all depends on budget of course...

thanks Chaz
I brought it up with my neurologist today who said it is common with too little sleep...

but I've been eating sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, vitamins, magnesium pills (oxide now, had malate before) vitamin supplements...

lately I've really been trying to increase my vitamin and mineral intake, especially D, Calcium, B's, potassium, magnesium, fish oil/omegas, ...

I'm satisfied with the lack of sleep explanation for now I guess

to blindly supplement?

tests confirm what is truly required, you are unique,,,

not the average hospital blood test I might add, too broad a scale....
