...are you usually compelled to try to recall as much of it as possible?
I'm compelled to, but it really disgusts me - thinking back on the experiences disgusts me... but overall I feel compelled to know what the pre- and post-ictals are like.
Last night I had a sleep seizure and I want to forget all about it.
The aftershocks (still had a couple, now 8 hours later) are enough to deal with.
I took my first 10mg citalopram last night, prescribed yesterday, so I'm also compelled to keep track for that reason, as well as just being familiar with the experiences.
I did put a blurb in my diary and wrote an email to my family, but sinking back in to the experience is bad
