This is so strange. I've been doing it for about 8 months and have been on 150mg Lamictal XR for 15 months...let's see if I can come close to even describing these weird, enjoyable sensations..almost feels like something I shouldn't enjoy doing. :paperbag: And I can enjoy these anytime, anywhere..

I'll just be standing up and I get very balanced and just kind of stand there, upright, almost just balancing without any effort. Or using my upper thighs- or the skin surrounding them, to stay upright instead of the usual standing muscles. Mostly trying to completely relax everything.

At other times I'll try, while sitting down, to just keep my legs/arms completely still. I feel them kind of go numb and I try to not move them at all, to not disturb them. I can only last so long.

While in the process of this, it's so enjoyable, almost euphporic! Like a very pleasant, lovely drug.

Completely unrelated but sometimes it's hard for me to put my hand out, with fingers touching and completely straight. It feels odd, like things can't quite line up. I get a weird euphoric feeling from doing that as well, however it's not as enjoyable as the other.

:roflmao: Okay, have I completely lost my mind? Anyone ever experience anything remotely close to this? I wonder if it has anything to do with epilepsy or my meds.

Sounds interesting! I'm on Lamictal and haven't experienced what you describe.

Nope, never

had that happen, although it does sound pleasant. And I wouldn't mind having it happen a time or two to see how it feels myself........

Interesting...very, very interesting.......:ponder::ponder::ponder:

'Tis a conundrum you might want to bring up with your doc, tho.

Let me clarify, it isn't sexual in nature at all.

Just a weird relaxing feeling that I enjoy...seriously, it's like a drug.

Maybe I could bottle this up and sell it. :roflmao:
