I came across the most incredible site covering a whole lot of aspects of epilepsy through videos. Looks like it as put up just last year. Definitely have a look. I found out some interesting things I didn't know before (why some of us respond differently to generics, for example) and it's also really empowering in that it tells you one seizure is too many; one side effect is too much. http://talkaboutit.org/

I've seen this site thru the epilepsy foundation/epilepsy.com.
The epileptologist I used to see always said "one seizure is too many".
