So most of y'all know the current situation about getting my liesence and such and now not going out with my friends etc

Well I go to my parents to work and for lunch and sometimes breakfast we get fast food wherever to eat
Well usually my dad my mom brings lunch everyday, not very relavant but whatever

I think basically everything up there was unnessacary info
Basically eating healthy is what I need I am at a perfect weight even though I eat horribly(for now my mom says)

Anyway I told my parents on the way home to not buy me any fast food no matter what or how much I begged :mrt:
But depending on the food, I start to feel like shit afterwords
Now step 3 is exercise but that will be hard to overcome :woot:

I know it's hard to get off your butt and get moving around to do exercising!

Is there someone that you can do it with? If you're feeling that someone else is relying on you to exercise with then it makes it a little easier. That's what I did. I'd go walking daily for a mile and lost a ton of weight. The person I was walking with stopped walking this summer and I don't drive so I can't get to the park to do it by myself. My parents, who live next door, have a treadmill but it's just not the same as being outside with someone to talk to.

Maybe the two of us can send each other a message asking if we exercised that day? If we didn't then we can yell at each other and say to get going if you want to fit back into last years pants! Clothes issues probably aren't the same with girls and guys but it's expensive to have to buy a whole new wardrobe!

Great idea! Being held accountable to someone is good motivation. And a little competition never hurts either (along the lines of "I ate no junk food for a week, how about you?" or if you don't meet your walking goals in a week, you owe the other person a couple of songs from iTunes).
