I always wondered what people meant by jamais vu, so maybe I should've read this post ages ago :roflmao:.Jamais vu is more or less the opposite of deja vu:
With deja vu, a completely unfamiliar location feels familiar, as if you've been there before. With jamais vu, a familiar location feels new and strange, as if you've never been there before.
When I 1st told my neurologists about my auras he asked me if it was like deja vu. I said I guess so because the dream I had during an aura was always the same dream, can't remember if it was actually at a place, but think it was always the same people or the same scenario (going somewhere?).
