I was wondering if anyone else has restless leg syndrome? I read that it can be worse with people with epilepsy. It will wake me up at night I've got a pill to take. I notice that I'm getting it during the day when I'm awake too, not as often and not nearly as bad as I do when I'm asleep. When I'm awake I'll just have to walk around for a little while and it will go away. But when I'm asleep I have to take the pill to make it go away.

Neither my wife nor I have it, but I have had muscle spasms before and that was annoying enough for me. I can't imagine what RLS is like. :paperbag:

I’ve never given it much thought until recently. I’ve noticed on nights I have trouble sleeping. As I’m getting into bed my legs feel unsettled. It’s more of an implication I’m not ready for sleep than a continual feeling.
If that makes any sense 😜

I'm sorry you have this symptom. I dont have RLS but like others here I have involuntary muscle spasms, jerks of my arm or twitching of my hand where I'll squeeze motion several times and then it will travel to a few body spasms but so far not isolated to legs. Hope you find rest soon!
