I need to ask this question because it's making me question what's at the bottom of the cause.
Sometimes before I eat I have a form of body Tremors (nervous system shaking) throughout my body before eating lately and I've had it occur only twice after food because of so much I've got overlapping in my system to keep knowledge of every aspect at times gets me so stressed out.

Could be due to low blood sugar or dehydration, esp. if you haven't been eating or drinking well, or it has been a while since your previous snack or meal.

Well now you've also stated the fact I must get myself sorted out because I suffer from low sugar, I can't afford to let my body get dehydrated and should drink loads of water because of organ involvement and I eat one meal daily.

It's just that it's come out the blue in the last month roughly  and to drink water I just can't stand it but :agree: to keep myself right I've got to start eating and drinking properly.

Thank you for your sound advice :)
