I posted about this a couple of years ago. Since then I started taking lorazapam for my vertigo which helped for a long time. Now it's started having a negative effect even though I take a larger dose. My Dr's don't want me to take Lorazapam because of my age (afraid I will fall) but McClezine is the only thing they suggest. I have not been able to take the McClezine because of side effects. I am desperate to find someone else who has seizures & vertigo that can give me some ideas of what I might take instead. I need something so I can ride in a car without getting sick & to calm me down at Dr's appointments. Thanks for your help!

Have you investigated other possible factors that might be contributing to you experiencing vertigo? Maybe you can adjust diet or lifestyle in some way to minimize the vertigo? I have no experience in this issue - just wondering if there might be an out of the box idea that could help.

Thanks for your reply. I have Meniere's disease in both ears so I've learned to watch diet which helps but I need a miracle.

Have been experiencing vertigo for many, MANY years since brain surgery took place in 1995 causing chronic migraines to take place on a frequent basis. The one way I have been able to take care of vertigo is by taking a dose of Dramamine. My emergency migraine medication Ubrelvy doesn't stop the vertigo so I have needed to combine the two.
