I have epilepsy and haven't had a seizure in 2 1/2 years, and haven't had an episode in about 1 1/2 years. Today at the routine doctors appointment, they performed an in office EEG, just the short one where you breathe heavily and they flash some lights. Outside the office, the nurse told the doctor there were two rare spikes during the EEG, but they aren't too big of a concern. During the appointment, my doctor never even brought up anything about it and said everything's good. My question though is if this is typical, and really not a concern?
