Aura sounds like a female name -
so, what would her superpowers be?

To screw with peoples heads to the point they could not fight, hence Aura!!!

I thought invisibility would be one, wherein she slips out of reality and into a 4th dimension type of dark matter domain universe where she becomes invisible in reality, but is able to see both reality and the dark world in a blurred convergence. She would be mischievous, to steal things and move things around IRL, which people might see out of the corner of their eye etc. as she slips in and out of invisibility.

Her major power could be sort of like "Rogue"'s from the "X-Men" whose power is to drain peoples powers by touching them, but while transferring from dark-world to reality/visibility she builds up a large, maybe 200kV something, electrical charge (the voltage could change depending on her mental resistance while moving between real/dark universe...) - with which she's able to sneak up on people and deliver them a massive taser-type charge knocking them unconscious.

(*note to self: must get taser and practice sneaking up on and tasering strangers for a field study*
kidding!)

Hahahaha, cheers for the laugh Petero,i think you hit the nail on the head with that one:clap:

I hope he never reproduced,he's one bad ass mf!

Telekinesis

(my son has seen ball bounce when not there, but lll chose to name it Telekinesis )

She could shrink or grow to elude pursuers (along the lines of Alice in Wonderland Syndrome). And maybe generate dazzling patterns of light to blind and confuse her opponents.

Definitely Alice in Wonderland abilities ... ability to appear and disappear (no one ever sees my "friends") ... whispering in our ear ...

lightkinesis - pyrokinesis - electrokinesis

I looked on wikipedia at a list of superhuman powers and there were several psychic-oriented powers ...
