Well, this morning I had my stress test done. Went great! :) All came back normal! I got my heart rate up to 210! The goal rate was set at 162! :) So I went well past it. Plus, when the dr asked if I was getting tired, it was at around 8 minutes into it, and I said it was half way there... he just looked at me like I was alittle nuts! :roflmao: He had the nurse start the minute count down then! Once that minute is up, they make you get your butt on that table to lay down fast so they can get a good picture of your heart!

But all went well! Until we got back on the interstate to go home.........

About half way there, the vehicle we took, broke down! :( My mom was driving, and we took our santa fe. She was driving just fine, til the car then started to slow down very quickly. Luckly we were in the side lane, so we got to the shoulder of the road ok. The vehicle was still running, but when put into "drive or rear" gear, wouldnt even go! :( Talk about freaking out!

I had to call my husband, and he had to meet us on the interstate, where my father picked him up, before the tow truck arrived to take it back to our house. So looks like we will be paying $1500 for it to get fixed. Talk about a day! Plus, I find out the results of my son's testing done at his school. I was late for the meeting which was suppose to be at 2pm, didnt get there til almost 15 minutes after it started. I was shaking so bad! I was in tears on the way home. Seems like when all things start to get better, other things go down! Fixing a car... trying to make it to a meeting! :(

Good news is that his Language area came back ok. But he's in the "low" area on some other areas, which we have to meet with his primary care dr on Dec 27th to talk about what to do next to help him out. He doesnt qualify for testing at the school due to his scores. So, I dont know what next step the dr will want to take. In the meantime, Im just praying things get better for us.

I go back for a follow up appointment with the cardiologist on thursday, along with going to the see the GI dr the same day. So I will get that all done and taken care of that day, hopefully.... without any more car problems!

If it's not one thing, it's another, right? But it really is excellent news that your heart is fine. Of course, I knew you had a good heart from the start. :)

Thanks! :)

Yeah, when it comes to things, if its not one thing, Its another!
