Can Carbatrol or Keppra XR cause numbness?

Ive had the numbness and tingling sensations since Tuesday, and since Ive been put back on the Keppra, on thursday, Ive had the numbness and tingling sensations in the arms, hands, feet, and face. It occurs alot when I have a seizure.

I also have noticed at night, when Im still and not moving, that it feels like a motor is running in my body. The vibration feeling of a motor running, is going through my whole body. It feels so weird. I dont have no pain due to it, just the feeling is weird.......

I was put back on the Keppra XR now since Thursday at 6pm... so about three days now. But Ive had no carbatrol since sunday, a week ago. My dr took me off that.
