I have an appointment coming up with an epilogist at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Has anyone else ever been there?

My seizures seem to be under control, however I am having a lot of cognitive issues (different thread). Has me pretty nervous, but am also looking forward to some answers.

Hi BuckeyFan,

I have spoken with both Epileptologist and neurosurgeons from the Cleveland Clinic but I have never been there.
They were going to do my brain surgery on me but they told me I could get it done closer to home and that's what
I did. Take my word they are way ahead and from what I have read they are one of the top hospitals in the U.S.
I wish you the best of luck and May God Bless You,

Sue

Getting more nervous by the day about my appointment next week. Not as concerned about what they might find, more concerned about not finding an answer to my cognitive issues. If they find something, then I at least know what I am dealing with.

Made it there and back home. Now need to decide on next step.
Overall experience, outside the problems I went there for, was great! Nice facility, doctors i think I can trust, and fairly easy to navigate.
