I made a video that kind of shows what I 'see' during a CPS. (at least from what I remember). I was wondering how similar it was to anyone else that has had this or if there are any other videos online. I know this only covers the visual part of it, but its better than nothing. Just so hard to explain to people what its like and I don't know about anyone else, but I feel like i'm loosing my mind when it happens.

there is one out there by the channel epilepsysociety on complex partial and simple partial. looks pretty accurate
