I had a pretty bad weekend. I'm not sure how many seizures, at least 5 but there's a good chance it was more, but I wound up going to the hospital by ambulance and spending the night.
During one of my seizures before I went to the hospital my mom said that the whole left side of my body went limp, it looked like I was having a stroke. She'd pick up my hand and it would just fall down. I was even talking and slurring my speech during it.
I can remember parts of what happened while the EMS where there. I though one of them was my boyfriend, I've done things like that before though during seizures. I can remember a little bit of being in the ambulance talking to the EMTs and some of being in the ER.
When we asked the Neuro (not my neuro but the one who was at the hospital for the weekend) came in he said that when the left side of my body went limp could be a different type of seizure. Has anyone else had or heard of anything like this?
