Dreaming of seizures.

I woke up today feeling like I sprinted a marathon, and with a pounding migraine. I still went to work though. I stopped by the nurses office and they told me I needed to lie down because "I looked like death." (Ridiculously pale, and my pupils were huge)

I ended up falling asleep, and had a quite vivid dream. In that dream, people from my past were in the waiting room. I walked out very loopy, slurring my words trying to talk to them and heard overheard the nurse and my supervisor ask me if I was feeling alright although it was very echoey.

She came back about an hour later, where I woke up. She said I was asleep, but my legs were jerking. I had asked her if she asked me if I was alright, and she said yes.

Has anyone dreamed of having a seizure, later finding out that they did in fact have a seizure?

Also, if I did in fact have a seizure I'm not sure how to log that in (symptoms, etc.) other than leg jerks because I don't know how long they lasted.

Yes I have, a few times while I was taking Lyrica. They would start as vivid dreams. Where I could interact with the people in them. The emotions that people displayed in the dreams caused me to have seizures. I would start shaking, and wake up shaking.

After getting off Lyrica I haven't had anymore of those.

I have had several seizures in my sleep and they seemed like dreams. The only way I've known for sure is I woke up, sitting upright and it seemed SO surreal, plus I had my magnet (for the VNS) in my hand. Seems so strange. I've never taken Lyrica.

Just give it your best guess based on what you've experienced in the past. FWIW, I've found that what feels like a really long dream can occupy less than a minute in real time, so it's possible that you were seizing for a relatively short span.
