I scared myself yesterday.

I was driving a friend to a store (she does not have a car) and I ran a stop sign, stopped at a green light and ran a red light. SCARREEDD

I didn't have a seizure, it was like my mind/thinking was not responding to what I knew to do.

I had an appt. for phy. thery. today, I call and cancelled.

I feel so down today.

I'm so sorry. I know it's scary to feel like you're not in control, and to give up driving. Were you and your friend otherwise okay?

Becareful!

perhaps you should call your dr and share what happened. Please be careful, ok : )

Thanks you guys.

We got home safe.

I felt tired yesterday morning, but before I left I had breakfast and my B-vit., Protein drink and I exerise for 20 min. before I left, thinking I would get better. But as the day went on my arms felt heavy, and my brain scrambled

Heavy

I get the heavy arms and legs all the time, didn't know what to associate it with tho. Even my face feels like it's sagging. Since I had an aneurysm, I always look at my face to see if it's lop-sided or something to make sure it's not another stroke. I was wearing a bracelett on my left arm, and I type alot at work. The bracelett made my arm feel like it weighed a ton. I took it off and it felt lighter but still heavy.

I'm like you in that it's both my arms and legs that feel heavy. I don't what is causing this either.

Nak. said in a post at one time to excerise that that would help and it did. I also found phy. ther. to helped in buillding up my strength.

I have notice if I don't do exercise on a day the next morning I'm can feel that I'm more weaker.

I have told ny neur. about this, she just liked of looked at me, -Like what are you talking about

I agree with not driving right now but tell your Dr everything that happened. It might be something that can be prevented/controlled.

These types of things have happened to me before and I don't remember having an aura (as I posted in another thread about deja/jamais vu)... I wonder what caused it. I hope you feel better soon!

I really don't think this was an aura either, at least not like anything I've had in the past.
