Dropping meds to now only use CBD / Hemp Paste

There is little scooper comes with the Holden's Hope paste. They "suggest" you start at one of those scoops three times a day. But everyone is different. I take mine all at once at bedtime because my seizures are nocturnal.
From what I have experienced, the worst that can happen if you take a little more of it than you need is that you will feel like sleeping in the next day. So don't be afraid to experiment a bit and find the dose that is perfect for you. You would have to eat the whole jar to even "catch a buzz".

I have a Huge Question about Holden's what are the side effects ? With my medicine I have have one costly s.e. that I would give anything to get rid of . IF this stuff is that good maybe I should give it a try too .
The only side effect I have experienced with Holden's Hope was, when experimenting with the dosage and erring on the side of a bit too much, feeling sleepy the morning after.

In Oz there has been the push of medicinal cannabis to be used as effective pain relief to end stage cancer patients and to also manage Multiple Sclerosis and Epilepsy.
Its move into mainstream is going to be interesting.
I sincerely hope it will help more people to access it to help their situation.
Some people oppose it on irrational grounds as they perceive ANY cannabis use as immoral and there has been no interest in looking at the evidence.

My Holden's Hope hemp pasted sample should arrive today. I am very hopeful.
Rick Simpson Oil seems to have reduced the frequency and recovery time from my seizures -after half a dozen anti-seizure meds over nearly a decade failed to help noticeably. By my understanding, Holden's Hope should be even better.

I will start out with one flat scoop a day and work up to three or more depending on my results. This is known as dosage "titration".

If the dose is too small, there will be no noticable effect. Then I'll raise dosage after a week or so.
If the dosage is too large, in my extensive experience with other cannabis preparations, the worst thing that will happen is I will get sleepy.

Update: My symptoms seemed to improve conspicuously starting about three days after I started taking Holden's Hope - 1 scoop per day only (of 3 baseline), and improved further with increased dosage -about 3 scoops a day - after about a week.
I ran out of my $60 sample jar about four days ago. (It seemed to last 10-14 days but given the dates of my posts here it must have been longer.) I find my symptoms are now conspicuously worse - back to where I'd expect to be without Holden's Hope.
I'm not cured, but I'm much encouraged. The symptoms are eased, at least.
This is the first time a treatment has helped in the nearly 10 years -and near a half dozen? different meds - since I was diagnosed with TLE.
Just ordered another jar. Will experiment with larger dosage.

I missed your post, but the morning after I made my second order the founder of Holden's Hope "Brad" phoned to ask where I'd heard about it. (Here.)
Then he mentioned the two-for-one coupon I hadn't used and said he'd apply it to my order! A hard-won 100 investment gratuitously doubles! :woot:
Further update: I should get my second order this week but I will probably not use it pending yet another night at the sleep hospital for tests, so as not to confound the results. (I have a parallel diagnosis of primary insomnia/primary apnea.)

i know the dance all too well my friend. It sucks because once you want to come off or down, its a long road.

My Epileptologist wants me to try the medical marijuana since I'm drug resistant to all seizure meds out on the market. If I may ask do you have to stop all seizure meds before you start the cbd? Thanks for your time and May God Bless You!
