Yesterday morning, I had my EEG. It took place at the local hospital and the test was an hour and 10 minutes long. During the test, I was to hyperventilate again for 3 minutes and the strobe light test. The hyperventilation test is what caused it to start up. I was ok for a little while and then the left part of my brain felt foggy and pressed again my skull. Then I apparently another staring episode, and then felt some electrical "shocks" throughout some parts of my brain.

I know this is going to be interesting, but whats making me crazy is not know what the results are going to be. I don't know when I am supposed to get my results back. I really don't even know what this is...

Any advice?

Can you call the neuro to find out when you'll get the results? They can basically interpret the EEG right away, so the timing mostly depends doctor's schedule and whether or not he wants to go over the results in person or over the phone.

Hope you hear back soon, and that you are feeling better today.

I will call tomorrow and find out when the results will be given. I talked to the person doing the EEG and she wasn't entirely sure. She told me that they might wait for my next appointment.

In the end, I will call tomorrow and see if the results will be given or how long it will be or if they're already in or whatever have you. I'm so anxious right now to know what the results are.
