A few days ago I was stumbling around and running into things and I gave my neuro's office a call and he said I was toxic.BC of all the meds I take I can't come off any there for my epilepsy and for my heart, it just seems they have built up so in my system. I definitely need to try to come down on the dosage quite a bit.:twocents::agree:

Oh God I am sorry that is not nice at all, must be driving you up the wall. I had to incress the low dose and go back to an old medication. I do not know how you are going to deal with this but you will get through this.

Yikes, that sounds like no fun at all.
I know it's been really hot lately in a lot of the US (probably where you are ?).
The only thing I can think of that would help is lots of water and see if you can get your hands on some coconut water. Most stores are carrying it these days. It would help you "flush out" the toxic back up while replacing the electrolytes you need.

Fedup,

This is definitely not cool and Monday I plan to give my cardiologist a call and talk to his nurse and see if there is anything that can be done about a lower dosage.I have planned about talking to my neuro I want to come off the phenobarb, and I know he won't want to mess with it.
